Lifetime Limited Warranty

Buxum (UK) Ltd provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty against structural failure caused by faulty workmanship or materials during reasonably expected normal use, when using this box according to its intended purpose. This warranty is limited to the original, end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty applies only to Buxumbox products purchased directly from Buxum (UK) Ltd or an authorised Buxumbox retailer. Buxum (UK) Ltd reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorised sellers.

What's covered

  • Structural failure resulting from defective workmanship or materials under normal use conditions.

What's not covered

  • Damage caused by airlines, airport handlers, or any associated third party. If your box is damaged in transit, we recommend lodging a claim with the relevant airline, handler, or third party (such as a hotel or transfer service) - the sooner the better, as many carriers have short windows for damage claims.
  • Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or malicious intent.
  • Scratches, dents, and scuffs incurred during normal use.
  • Any unauthorised modification to the product.
  • Any incidental or consequential costs and losses, including removal, installation, or labour charges.

Where Buxum (UK) Ltd inspection confirms a valid defect, Buxum (UK) Ltd will, at its election, repair or replace the product. Buxum (UK) Ltd reserves the right to arrange return shipping for any product subject to a claim. No compensation will be offered for shipping costs unless previously authorised in writing. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt or order confirmation) must be provided with all warranty claims.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us at info@buxumbox.com. When getting in touch, please include:

  • Your name and proof of purchase (original order confirmation or sales receipt).
  • Your box model, finish, and serial number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • The date of purchase.
  • Photos or video clearly showing the defect.

Crash Replacement Programme

Nothing is indestructible, and we understand the distress that comes with damage outside of normal use. If your box is damaged in an accident, get in touch - we'll do our best to help with a discounted replacement.

Proof of damage or return of the damaged item may be required to qualify. Buxum (UK) Ltd is unable to cover any return shipping costs that may arise.
