At Buxumbox, our manufacturing standards are exacting. Every rivet, latch, and aluminium panel is inspected before it leaves our UK workshop. Occasionally, a case completes its journey through the the build process with a minor cosmetic imperfection – a surface scratch or a visual anomaly that doesn’t quite meet our strict aesthetic criteria. Structurally, they are flawless, and no different to our publicly available boxes when it comes to keeping your bike safe on its travels.
We don’t sell these as new. Instead, we Archive them. But we know that for many riders, a flight case is a tool meant to be used on the tarmac, not kept behind velvet ropes. We are briefly opening the Archive as we head into the end of the year to offer a limited selection of “Factory Second” Buxumbox Ventoux and Buxumbox Tourmalet boxes in Waves Graphics and Stealth Aluminium at a preferred rate. This is a rare opportunity to secure the ultimate protection for your bike ahead of the season. These boxes have minor cosmetic issues with their finishes, but do not affect the functionality of the box in any way.
