We’re excited to share some big news – the Buxumbox Aubisque bike box has landed!
The Aubisque is the newest Buxumbox bike box, designed specifically for time trial and triathlon bikes with cockpits that can't be easily disassembled. For years, travelling triathletes and TT riders have faced the same problem: how do you get an integrated cockpit on a plane without hours of stress and building your bike back up at the other end? We hear you. The Aubisque is our answer.
With extra width to accommodate bikes loading straight into the box (no need to even rotate the bars) and a smart internal layout, the Aubisque means you can pack in minutes, keep your cockpit intact, and trust that your bike will arrive ready to race.
Four sizes to fit your ride
The Aubisque comes in four different height options, so whether your frame is compact or tall, there’s a perfect fit (L x W x D):
- H0: 1336 x 750 x 550mm (52.5 x 29.5 x 21.6″), 17.1 kg (37.6 lbs)
- H1: 1336 x 790 x 550mm (52.5 x 31.1 x 21.6″), 17.4 kg (38.3 lbs)
- H2: 1336 x 830 x 550mm (52.5 x 32.6 x 21.6″), 17.7 kg (39.0 lbs)
- H3: 1336 x 870 x 550mm (52.5 x 34.2 x 21.6″), 18 kg (39.6 lbs)
If you’re going to have a box of this size - the size airlines measure on check-in - then you should get the most from it. Unlike competitor boxes with similar external dimensions but less usable space, the Aubisque is engineered to make every millimetre count.
