Here's a good example of a custom box - based on the Ventoux MTB but stretched in length and height to accommodate a XL size Pole Stamina with a 136cm wheelbase. This Canadian customer also wanted mounting brackets so he could use the box to ship his Trek Domane.
This involved a complete redesign of 80% of the panels and extruded frame sections, not to mention adding additional stiffening sections and latches to support the extra length. Quite a learning curve when it comes to assembly too - this one took ten hours vs the standard three! We're really pleased with the result - our largest box to date by far!
