Buxum (UK) Ltd provides a warranty of three years against structural failure caused by faulty workmanship or material during reasonably expected normal use when carrying one frameset and up to two wheels.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from malicious intent or negligence by airlines, airport handlers or any other associated third party.
This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
Buxum (UK) Ltd reserves the right to repair damaged products. If a repair is not possible or practicable then a new replacement product will be provided.
Scratches, dents and scuffs are inevitable during normal use and hence are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not apply in the event of any unauthorised modification to a product.
Buxum (UK) Ltd reserves the right to arrange return shipping on a product subject to a warranty claim. No compensation will be offered for shipping expense unless previously authorised.

Crash Replacement Programme

Nothing is indestructible and we do understand the distress resulting from any damage incurred outside reasonably expected normal use.
If your box is damaged because of an accident, please contact us and we will help with a discounted replacement. Proof of damage or return of the damaged item may be required to qualify. Buxum (UK) Ltd is unable to cover any return shipping costs that may occur.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
