Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Buxumbox Bike Boxes Affiliate Programme ("the Programme"). By joining the Programme, you ("the Affiliate") agree to be bound by these terms.

Buxumbox Bike Boxes reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Programme you must:

• Be aged 18 or over (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, if higher)
• Have a valid payment method capable of receiving international transfers
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Buxumbox Bike Boxes
• Operate in a manner consistent with our brand values and guidelines

The Programme is open to applicants worldwide. We reserve the right to decline or revoke Programme membership at our discretion, including where participation may conflict with local laws or regulations in your country of residence.

3. How the Programme Works

Upon acceptance into the Programme, you will be issued a unique affiliate discount code. When a customer uses your code at checkout, they receive 10% off bike boxes (excluding any other products, accessories, or services).

Your code is personal to you and must not be shared in bulk, posted to public voucher or cashback websites, or used in any misleading manner.

4. Commission

You will earn £40 for each successful qualifying order placed using your affiliate code, subject to the following conditions:

• The order must be for bike boxes only. Orders for other products do not qualify for commission.
• An order is deemed "successful" once it has been delivered and the return/cancellation window has passed (typically 14 days after delivery), and full payment has been received by Buxumbox Bike Boxes.
• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back will not qualify for commission. If a commission has already been credited and the order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, the commission will be deducted from your pending balance.

All commission is paid in GBP (£). Any currency conversion costs or fees incurred on your end are your responsibility.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are made once your accrued commission balance reaches £100 or more.
• Payments are processed monthly, typically within the first 10 working days of the following calendar month, provided the £100 threshold has been met.
• Balances below £100 will roll over to the following month(s) until the threshold is reached.
• International payment methods (such as PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer) will be agreed at the point of onboarding. Any transfer fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from your payout.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date. Buxumbox Bike Boxes accepts no liability for failed payments due to incorrect information.

6. Tax & Legal Compliance

Commission payments constitute income. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the tax laws, reporting requirements, and any other legal obligations applicable in your country of residence. Buxumbox Bike Boxes does not withhold tax on your behalf under any jurisdiction.

By participating in the Programme, you confirm that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your country of residence.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Bid on Buxumbox-branded keywords in paid search advertising
• Use your own code to purchase boxes for yourself or immediate family members
• Misrepresent Buxumbox products or make false claims in any promotional content
• Offer additional incentives beyond the 10% discount without prior written approval
• Post your code on voucher aggregator, cashback, or coupon websites
• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any deceptive marketing practices

Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal from the Programme and forfeiture of any unpaid commission.

8. Intellectual Property

Any use of the Buxumbox Bike Boxes name, logo, or imagery in your promotional content must comply with our brand guidelines, copies of which are available on request. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the Programme. This licence is revoked upon termination of your participation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your affiliate code will be deactivated immediately
• Any validated commission already earned but not yet paid will be paid out at the next payment cycle, provided the £100 threshold is met. Balances below £100 at the point of termination will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to terminate participation without notice in cases of breach of these terms.

10. Liability

Buxumbox Bike Boxes is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of earnings claims arising from participation in the Programme, including but not limited to changes to commission rates, product availability, or Programme discontinuation.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of where the Affiliate is based. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
